Bahan A :
200 grm ubi ungu
70 grm tepung sagu
30 grm tepung beras
100 grm gula pasir
170 ml santan
1/2 sdt garam

Bahan B :
175ml santan kental
30 grm tepung beras
15 grm tepung kanji
3/4 sdt garam

Cara Membuat :
1. Kukus dan haluskan ubi ungu sampai lembut. Dinginkan
2. Panaskan kukusan api sedang
3. Campur semua bahan A sampai lembut dan saring.
4. Tuang campuran bahan A ke cetakan kue mangkuk yang sudah dioles minyak sayur hingga 3/4 tinggi cetakan. Kukus 10 menit
5. Campur semua bahan B, tuang ke atas lapisan ungu sampai penuh, kukus 10 menit.
