Puding Roti Coklat Almond Yani

PUDING ROTI COKLAT ALMOND by Yani Priyanto

Bahan:

Roti tawar tanpa kulit 6 lembar

susu cair 1 liter

agar2 coklat 2 bungkus

garam 1/4 sdt

gula pasir 175gr

kopi instant 1sdm larutkan dengan 50ml air panasDcc yang di lelehkan 75gr potong kasar

kuning telor 1 butir (kocok lepas)

almond slice 50gr sangrai

Cara:

1. Masukkan roti tawar, susu cair, agar2 bubuk, garam, larutan kopi dan coklat masak ke dalam blender,haluskan

2. Tuang adonan ke dalam panci rebus diatas api kecil terus diaduk hingga mendidih, matikan api

3. Campur 1sdm adonan ke dalam kuning telur, adu rata masukkan kembali ke dalam adonan roti tawar, masak kembali hingga mendidih

4. Tuang ke dalam cetakan, hias dengan almond slice, dinginkan
