Chiffon banana cakes

BAHAN A :
7 putih telur
1/2 sdt cream of tartar
100 gram gula pasir

BAHAN B :
175 gram tepung terigu
125 gram gula pair
7 kuning telur
200 gram pisang ambon, dihaluskan
75 gram minyak goreng
1 sdt air jeruk lemon
100 ml susu
1/4 sdt garam
1sdt baking powder

CARA MEMBUAT :
1. Aduk bahan B sampai rata. Sisihkan.
2. Bahan A : kocok putih telur dan cream of tartar sampai setengah mengembang. Tambahkan gula pasir sambil dikocok mengembang.
3. Tuang bahan A ke bahan B sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk rata.
4. Masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang chiffon diameter 20 cm, tinggi 11 cm tanpa dioles. Oven 45 menit dengan suhu 170 derajat Celcius.
5. Telungkupkan loyang di botol. Diamkan sampai dingin.
6. Keluarkan kue dengan bantuan pisau lalu potong-potong kue
