LEMET PISANG IN CUP by Lia Djoen

Bahannya:
– 10 bh pisang raja, haluskan
– 175 gr tepung terigu
– 65 ml santan instan
– 135 ml air
– 100 gr kelapa parut yang agak muda
– 75 gr gula pasir
– 1/2 sdt bubuk kayu manis
– 1/4 sdt garam

Caranya:
– Siapkan cetakan (daun pisang sih, kalau ada) dan dandang kukusan, sisihkan.
– Campur semua bahan jadi satu, aduk rata.
– Tuang adonan kedalam cetakan, kukus selama 50 menit sampai matang.
– Sajikan hangat dengan parutan kelapa.
