bahan:

3 bungkus agar” swallow globe
1 kaleng susu kental Gold
200 gr coklat Chefmate
250 gr gula pasir
2250 cc santan dari 2 kg kelapa

cara membuat:

campur semua bahan, masak di api sedang selama kurleb 2 jam smp mengental, hati” letupannya bisa melukai tangan/jari kita… hehe… aku kl sdh bikin ini jd agak bertato….
test kematangan: teteskan agar, kl tidak melebar/langsung mengeras berarti dodol sudah siap utk dicetak, matikan api, tuang di loyang 18x18cm
