Chocolate Panacotta by Dhani R Satyadharma

Bahan :
250 ml susu cair UHT
30 gr gula pasir
1 sdm kopi instant nescafe
100 gr white cooking chocolate chefmate, potong2
4 lbr gelatin, siram air panas, remas2 hingga larut
250 gr krim kental

Topping :
100 ml susu cair UHT
150 gr dark cooking chocolate chefmate, potong2

Cara :
1. Rebus susu cair UHT dan gula pasir sampai mendidih. Masukkan kopi instant nescafe.
Aduk sampai larut. Tambahkan potongan white cooking chocolate chefmate, aduk sampai larut.
2. Masukkan gelatin,aduk sampai larut. Masukkan krim kental, masak sampai mendidih.
3. Tuang di gelas kecil, bekukan.
4. Saos Cokelat : Panaskan susu cair UHT.Masukkan potongan dark cooking chocolate chefmate.
Aduk sampai coklat larut. Tuang saos coklat diatas panacotta. Dinginkan.

Hasil : 6 gelas kecil @ 150 gram
