Bingka Banjar by Novi Padmasari

Bahan :
250 gr kentang kukus, haluskan
200-250 gr gula pasir
5. Butir telur ayam
100 gr tepung beras
1 butir kelapa parut, ambil santannya, msk sampai mendidih, ambil 600 ml
Garam, vanila

Cara:
Sebagian santan hangat campur dgn tepung beras+garam.

Telur + gula pasir dikocok lepas, masukkan kecampuran tepung beras

Kentang + sisa santan, diaduk, masukkan ke campuran telur, aduk hingga tercampur dan rata, saring.
Masukkan vanili, aduk lg

Siapkan cetakan bingka, oles dgn margarin dan alasi kertas roti.
Bakar dioven dgn panas 180 derajat kurang lebih 45 menit hingga matang.
