Rendang Daging,Paru Goreng dan Oseng Buncis...by Deri Cay

PARU GORENG by Deri Cay

BAHAN :

Paru Sapi (Di cuci dan di lumuri perasan air jeruk nipis)

Bumbu Penyedap Rasa Sapi

Minyak Goreng utk menggoreng

BUMBU :

Bawang Merah

Bawang Putih

Sedikit Jahe

Sedikit Garam

Air utk merebus Paru

(Semua bahan di giling halus)

CARA MEMBUAT :

Rebus Paru bersama bumbu2 halus di dalam wadah,sampai Paru nya empuk,

setelah empuk Paru di tiriskan dan di iris tipis,lalu di lumuri dgn bumbu penyedap rasa sapi.

terakhir…Paru siap di goreng
