Bahan :

300 ml Putel

1/2 st Garam

1/2 st Cream of Tartar (bs diganti jeruk nipis)

125 gr Gula Pasir

10 gr SP

100 gr Tepung prot sedang

10 gr Susu Bubuk

20 gr Maesena

1/2 st BP

1/2 st Vanila bubuk

100 ml Minyak sayur / mentega cair

1 st Pasta Mocca

1 st Pasta Lemon

2 tetes Pewarna Orange/ Kuning

Secukupnya Meses coklat

 

Loyang : persegi 18 tinggi 5

 

Cara :

1. Oles, alasi n oles loyang dgn mentega dan kertas roti.

2. Campur n ayak tepung, susu, maesena, vanila dan BP. Panaskan air kukusan sampe beruap.

3. Kocok putel, garam n CTT sampe ngembang, masukkan gula sedikit2. Kocok sampe gula larut.

4. Masukkan SP, kocok lagi sampe mengembang n halus.

5. Masukkan campuran tepung, sambil dikocok speed rendah. Aduk sampe rata.

6. Masukkan minyak sayur, aduk balik merata.

7. Bagi 2 adonan, 1 bagian beri pasta mocca lalu kukus 10 menit. Taburi meses lalu timpa dgn adonan yg diberi pasta lemon n pewarna.

8. Kukus lagi 20 menit sampe matang dgn api kecil saja, biar permukaan cake rata.
