BROWNIS PANGGANG PUTEL by Rahma Putrinanda Damayanti

Bahan:

100 gr. Mentega
125 gr. Dcc
200 gr. Gula pasir
6. Putih telur
135 gr. Tepung terigu
40 gr. Coklat bubuk
1/2 sdt. Baking powder

Cara membuat :

1. Lelehkan mentega dan dcc, sisihkan
2. Kocok putih telur hingga berbusa, masukkan gula sedikit sedikit sambil dikocok hingga kaku
3. Tambahkan tepung terigu, coklat bubuk, dan baking powder sambil di ayak
4. Masukkan campuran mentega dan dcc cair
5. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang brownis.
6. Oven selama 1 jam dgn suhu 160 derajat celcius atau sampai matang.
7. Tunggu sampai dingin lalu potong potong dan siap di hidangkan.
